Circulate this video until it reaches the Army commanders who said that they allow Fulani terrorists to kill and grab indigenous peoples' lands because they "don't have a mandate from the federal government" to fight Fulani.
Let them know that Fulani terrorists have a mandate not only towards civilians, but to also kill, and take soldiers captive and humiliate them before finally killing them on camera.
