More than 5,000 Muslim inmates inside Sokoto Prison — where Nnamdi Kanu is currently being held — have reportedly embraced Christianity after just one week of listening to him speak, according to an insider source.
The insider revealed, “What shocked everyone is not force or pressure. It is his words. The moment he speaks, something changes in people. Many say they have never heard that kind of wisdom or truth from any man before.”
According to the source, even some Fulani inmates were moved by his messages. “Some of them, after hearing his voice and the way he reasons, have started questioning the state of the nation and openly calling for a breakup of what they now call ‘the failed Nigerian union,’” the insider claimed.
He added, “Nnamdi Kanu is not preaching religion — he is preaching liberation. And it is shaking this entire prison.”
