They called for My Arrest Because I asked the Church to Defend themselves.

Because I said the Church should be able to defend itself against those who come to k!ll, attack, and kidnap worshippers, some people are calling for my arrest. But my question remains: why aren't they calling for the arrest of those carrying out these atrocities?

Why is the focus on silencing the voices crying out for protection, while those shedding innocent blood continue their ev!l unchecked?

For years, communities have buried their loved ones, families have been displaced, worshippers have been attacked, and countless lives have been shattered. Yet, when the Church speaks about survival, security, and the protection of innocent lives, it suddenly becomes controversial.

The value of human life must never be ignored. The safety of our people must never be treated as a secondary issue. Every community deserves the right to live, worship, and gather without fear.

The North of Nigeria will not bow to terror. The enemies of Christians will not have the final word. We stand with every grieving family, every wounded community, and every believer facing persecution and violence.

Our confidence is not merely in human strength but in God, who is our refuge and defender.

We pray for peace, we pursue justice, and we trust that Jesus Christ will grant victory over every force that seeks to destroy lives and spread fear.
