 Gen Oluyede has urged Yobe resident to buckle up against terrorist attack, says the enemy is operating within.

The Chief of Defense Staff has raised concerns over internal insurgency in the North-East, urging residents of Borno and Yobe to take ownership of the fight against terrorism.

He said for the past 15 years many of those responsible for the attacks are origins from the same communities.

The CDS encouraged resident to fight against these terrorist, saying the military alone cannot end the insurgency without civilian cooperation.
