Agafe Okeke, an Imo-based retailer, was arrested by Ebubeagu in April 2025 and was handed to Tiger Base but hasn't returned home since.
His cousin told FIJ Nigeria that the family has done everything, including paying a lawyer up to N1.2m to compel Tiger Base to release him, all to no avail.
