The same method. The same tactics. The same persecution tactics being applied by the Nigeria government against the Igbo race, but our people never learn.
Before they arrested Chris Ngige, they firstly arrested Malami, a northerner . Guess what; you won’t know how they die the issue of Malami. They firstly arrested Malami so when they arrest Ngige nobody would feel the injustice, nor see it as targeting of particular race. It’s a very clever move!
It’s very very unfortunate that business mentally has destroyed Igbo man’s psyche. Like they always says; “Business is a secret”
You don’t tell your people how you run it. Even when you teach someone business he still can’t learn it all from you because, you preserve that of which you think makes you the champion.
So unfortunately that our Igbo political class sees politics as same perspective: They go into politics, they individually makes secret deals with group of Fulanis. And later they will be served with their past ill deals, and will be nailed down.
What gives an Igbo man the encouragement to make a deal with group of Fulanis?, It’s business mentality. In his mind he believes it’s business which supposed to be his secret. He didn’t think about about those reaching this deals with him coming in group. Individualistic mindset is destroying Igbo people than anything else!
You don’t go into politics alone.
Some of our people gives it all to the party they belong to, but disregard their own brothers. Even when those heading every relevant position in the party are all northerners and westerners, Igbo man will be comfortable pouring in his hard earned wealth to grow the party. And at the end they introduce him into illegal activities to recover his genuine money poured into the party in order to move the party forward. Then, will still use government might to collect those ill gotten wealth he was introduced into. By that time, both your genuine money and the illegal ones you were lured into will be gone.
Igbo man learn ooooooo
Name one elder statesman in Igbo land that’s respected in Nigeria today. Can you ? There’s none. Because after they might have done with you, they will collect all your wealth and left you with no other option than to be following them and become “Oh yes” elder statesman. Anything they say, “Oh yes”
You can’t even defend your people anymore because your hands and legs are tied together.
Ndigbo wake up!!!
