A TERRORISTS KABIRU SOKOTO WHO MASTERMINDED THE BOMBING OF A CHURCH IN NIGER STATE, WAS FOUND IN A LODGE,A HOUSE OWNED BY OUR VICE PRESIDENT KASHIM SHETTIMA WHO WAS THE GOVERNOR OF BORNO STATE AT THE TIME OF HIS RE-ARREST IN JANUARY 2012.
Kabiru Sokoto bombed a church on christmas day 25th December,2011,he was arrested on the 14th January, 2012 by the police under the authority of IG HAFIZ RINGIM and CP ZAKARI BIU. ZAKARI BIU was incharge, but he failed by allowing the terrorist to escape when taking him to custody. So funny, a whole commissioner of police could not radio or get back up to capture a terrorist, knowing how serious the crime of terrorism is.
The police tracked the terrorist to the house of SHETTIMA where he was hiding. He was re-arrested in Mid-January by the SSS in the Lodge owned by KASHIM SHETTIMA THE GOVERNOR OF BORNO STATE IN 2012. KASHIM SHETTIMA denied knowing KABIRU SOKOTO, but what was he doing in his LODGE if he has no connection to him? Shettima was not affected as he denied knowing him or having connection with him. The fact remains that HAFIZ RINGIM, ZAKARI BIU AND SHETTIMA were all playing politics. Zakari Biu was dismissed by PSC, The then President Goodluck Jonathan fired HAFIZ RINGIM too, and he left for UK to seek assylum according to reports.
Kabiru Sokoto was re-arrested from the Lodge of SHETTIMA on the 17th, he escaped again when they were taking him to his house to carry our a search for more investigation, their van was attacked by mobs who were terrorists too as reported by Zakari, but he did not radio or call for backup, he was sacked from the police force. The terrorist was captured in Taraba State a month later and brought to custody, he was sent to life imprisonment. Zakari blamed it on the IG who was fired,that he was just acting on the commands given to him by the IG, when they questioned him on his involvements. They asked him why he did not call for backup. They asked him why he did not ensure maximum security,knowing he was taking a terrorist to his house for a search.
POLITICS AND CORRUPTION IN THE POLICE FORCE:
Zakari and Hafiz Rengim were classmates from police school according to reports, when Ringim became IG, he recommended Zakakari for promotion as a commissioner of police. That was how he became a CP in Nigeria. Zakari was known for abusing human rights, torturing and using his office to punish the critics of Sanni Abacha when he was the Dictator Head of State. He abused his power, he was brutal, there were evidences against Zakari Biu, he worked with
Al-Mustapha who was the head of the killing squad of Abacha. Banabas Jabilla( Seargent Rogers) Mr Death, who assassinated so many critics under the Abacha regime as a strong force under the command of AL-MUSTAPHA THE CSO OF ABACHA worked with ZAKARI BIU.
If you remember that Seargent Rogers admitted to killing the wife of MKO ABIOLA, MADAM KUDIRAT ABIOLA while her husband was in detention for no reason other than false accussation used by MILITARY DICTATOR IBRAHIM BABANGIDA IBB MR MARADONA. Seargent Rogers shot ALEX IBRU a journalist in the eye too, he survived the attack, and was flown abroad for emmergency medical treatment, he lived 16 years after before he passed on. BIU was an ASP during this ABACHA’S regime, and he was a member of the STRIKE FORCE responsible for abusing human rights and assassination of those who are criticising ABACHA’S abuse of power. NADECO members were mercilessly attacked, some were assassinated, some escaped assassination like the late PA ADESANYAN, THE LEADER OF AFENIFERE, he escaped assassination when they tried to kill him.
ỌBASANJO SACKED ZAKARI BIU IN 1999 WHEN HE BECAME THE PRESIDENT DUE TO HIS INVOLVEMENT IN THE ABACHA’S REGIME. HE WAS REINSTATED BY 2010 WHEN GEJ WAS PRESIDENT. HAFIZ RINGIM DID NOT WASTE TIME IN RECOMMENDING HIM FOR PROMOTION AS A COMMISSIONER OF POLICE CP, HE WAS PAID FOR NOT WORKING SINCE 1999 TILL 2010, BUT STILL HE COULD NOT PERFORM. HE ALLOWED A TERRORIST TO ESCAPE, WHICH LED TO HIS DISMISSAL FROM THE POLICE IN 2012, BUT HE WAS REINSTATED AGAIN, AND CLEARED OF BEING INVOLVE IN FACILITATING THE ESCAPE OF THE TERRORIST KABIRU SOKOTO,IN 2015,WHEN BUHARI BECAME THE PRESIDENT AND STATUTORILY RETIRED.
Now you know why Boko Haram were pardoned and recruitted into Nigerian ARMY massively during the time of BUHARI. Now you know why GUMI is meeting with Seyi Tinubu and roaming the streets of south-western Nigeria recently without being arrested and questioned over his involvement with the terrorists, where he even took photos with them. Now you know why girls are being abducted from schools, now you know why a whole Brigadier General was killed by terrorists and nothing hapened. Now you know why terrorists are showing their faces and they are not wiped out by our military, but they put the lives of our men at risk without equipping them with Armour Tanks to crush the terrorists.
