 Abducted Niger School Children Are Doing Fine, They'll Will Be Back Soon — NSA Ribadu Says

Nigeria's National Security Adviser (NSA), Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, has assured parents that the abd¥cted pupils and staff of St. Mary's Catholic Primary and Secondary School in Niger State are "doing fine and will be back soon".


It can be recalled that over 300 pupils and staff were abducted from the school in Papiri, Agwara Local Government Area, by arm*d b@ndits on November 21, 2025.
Ribadu gave this assurance during a visit to Kontagora, Niger State, where he met with the Catholic Bishop of Kontagora Diocese, Most Rev. Bulus Dauwa Yohanna, parents, and community leaders. The NSA conveyed President Bola Tinubu's message and the federal government's commitment to securing their release.
