According to him, this information was reported to the IGP.
Nothing is being done.
No visible action. No reassurance. Just silence.
He warned again:
> “If it happens, it will be like Angwan Rukuba all over again.”
That line alone should scare everybody.
We have seen this movie before.
Rumors first.
Warnings ignored.
Then bloodshed.
This is not panic talk.
This is early warning.
And early warning is useless if authorities sleep on it.
People are preparing for Easter.
Families want peace.
Nobody wants another mass killing story.
Are we praying? Yes.
But government must act.
Security is their job. Period.
Moral lesson:
When citizens warn you early and you ignore them,
you don’t get to act shocked later.
