He knew what it meant to stay.
In Borno State, pastors were already being hunted.
Churches burned.
Believers scattered.
But Bulus Yohana would not leave his post.
When Boko Haram came, they didn’t ask questions.
They knew who he was.
A pastor.
A voice for Christ.
They gave him one command—
be silent.
He refused.
No speech.
No resistance.
Just a settled decision.
They shot him where he stood.
He could have fled.
Many did.
But he stayed.
